Our Mission
SNOW supports school nurses in the delivery of health services designed to improve the health and academic success of students.
School Nursing Organization of Washington (SNOW) is the premier nursing association for school nurses in the state of Washington. Started in 1956, we exist to keep students healthy so they can learn without distraction.
In addition to supporting school nurses in their individual practice, we offer classes, training, continuing education, certifications and conferences. These resources help our school nurses become some of the best in the nation.

Legislative Committee
The School Nurse Organization of Washington (SNOW) Legislative Committee sends out regular alerts regarding legislation that affects students and the provision of health services in schools.
